Behind every dispute is someone who’s anxious, confused or angry. Even the ones where we sometimes think: “He’s just bored and this is his new life purpose”, behind the persistent calling is someone who somewhere deep down there, feels hard done by—most probably in another aspect of life, but they’re transferring it into their dispute and onto you.
For every complaint, I reckon that technical legal perfection is probably nearly not as important as being able to listen, empathise and let the other person know that you can see where they’re coming from.
We’re all human beings wanting to have our opinions and views validated or mirrored back to us in some way, and so that’s why I think this teabag is a CORKER.
