Always. Everyday, find a time to rattle off a list of what is so amazing about you. Don’t miss a day. Make it part of your usual routine so that it becomes normal (for example, when you wake up or just before you go to bed). Keep doing it until it becomes the new tape that plays in your bed, and changes the way you treat yourself when you’re stressed, lonely, overwhelmed, making mistakes or being a generally obtuse donkey who needs a good smack around the head with a giant sunflower from one of those fields in France.
