Live from the heart, everyone: that’s the deceptively simple, but profound message we took away from this weekend’s phenomenal workshop with Robert Kirby (the tall, tall maestro in the purple shirt).
So many of us are stuck on the treadmill of just living life half-heartedly because, well, “what else is there to do? How else am I meant to live it? I kinda have no choice!” And so we moan and despair and grow more and more desperate at the uninspired rigmarole of life we’ve created.
The truth is, everyone knows that life is short and that it doesn’t have to feel that way.
Robert’s work is so enlightening, invaluable and enriching. If I could, I would trade all my weekends to amass all the precious nuggets of knowledge he imparts. Such a wonderful teacher and a real asset to this world.
