Behold these Easter beauties, brought to you by Coles and whipped up for worldwide consumption by Heston Blumenthal. In all likelihood, I imagine that when I present these to you, you will adjust your suspenders, peer from your monocle and enquire inquisitively: “And, dear Margaret, what exactly *is* lemon myrtle?”– to which I will smack my lips together to disguise my floundering brain and reply: “Oh dear Friend, it’s the very special ingredient that comes from the horn of a unicorn when the unicorn is ready to trot over the rainbow!”. I then imagine that you will accept this response as proven fact, and we will happily chink Easter buns in celebration, before downing them with a big cup of tea.
